After taking over her parents' cleaning company, my client wanted to revitalize the brand to increase recognition and attract new clients. We had an in-depth discussion about her vision for Pioneer Valley Cleaners (PVC) and how she wanted the company to be perceived—trusted, local, and approachable.

One of the key challenges was standing out against larger competitors from nearby cities. To position PVC as the community’s trusted local option, we developed a brand identity that would resonate with neighbors. The new logo design, inspired by a "Hello, my name is" tag, reflects a friendly, approachable feel, emphasizing PVC's role as a familiar, trustworthy presence in the area.

Additionally, the squeegee and its cleaning path in the logo offer versatile branding elements that can be used across various design applications, further reinforcing the company's identity and making it recognizable across different platforms.
